She graduated in Image Consulting from London Image Institute, where she mastered the science. Shubha was closely trained by Lynne Marks and Sarah Hathorn, the two well-known Certified Image Masters (CIMs) in the world.

Shubha is also a certified, professional Soft Skill Trainer certified by SQA (Scottish Qualifications Authority).

With a diverse experience of working at the corporates, Shubha began her career quite early in the Banking sector. Thereafter she moved to India’s Biggest Conglomerate – Bennett Coleman and Limited, under its most successful brand- The Times of India Company. With a rich experience of more than a decade, she analyzed the need for Image management at every level.

She is a Post Graduate in Business Administration with specialisation in Human Resources and dual specialisation in Operations from Symbiosis, Pune, and also holds a Master's Degree in English.

Co-founder and one of the distinguished speakers of the Toastmasters International club (Lucknow chapter) and, WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust), London Level-1 qualified.
