About Shubha Joshi
Shubha is the Founder of The Image Launchpad. Presently holding two significant positions in the Board of Directors as General Secretary and Treasurer of AICI, India Chapter.
AICI (Association of Image Consultants International, HQ. the USA) is the leading and largest professional association of personal and corporate image consultants worldwide. (www.aici.org)

She graduated in Image Consulting from London Image Institute, USA, where she mastered the science. She has been closely trained by Lynne Marks and Sarah Hathorn who are AICI-CIM among a handful of 19 Image Masters in the world.
Shubha is also a certified, professional Soft Skill Trainer from Image Consulting Business Institute, India- accredited by NABET (National Accreditation Board for Education and Training) and SQA (Scottish Qualifications Authority).

Shubha has a diverse experience of working at a corporate setup. She began her career quite early starting with the Banking sector. Thereafter moving to India’s Biggest Conglomerate – Bennett Coleman and Limited, under its most successful brand- The Times of India Company. With rich experience of more than a decade, Shubha analyzed the need for Image management at every level.
After obtaining her graduate degree in Commerce she did her Post Graduation in Business Administration in Human Resources and Operations from Symbiosis, Pune. Her interest in Arts propelled her to obtain a Master’s Degree in English too.
She is the Co-founder and one of the distinguished speakers of the Toastmasters International club (Lucknow chapter) and, WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust), London Level-1 qualified.
